Hatha Yoga classes
My Hatha classes are enjoyable friendly classes within the Swadlincote area in community venues. They are suitable for beginners to intermediate yogis. The aim is to guide you to becoming more in tune with your own body, exploring possibility and working within your own limitations. Each class ends with a relaxation or meditation.

Seated Yoga class
My seated yoga class is based on Hatha Yoga practices. It is aimed at mature adults and mostly practiced on a chair. Each class also includes an element of standing and balances practices using the chair if needed for support. The class also includes breathwork and relaxation or meditation.
I also offer an opportunity for a 30 minute refreshment break and social after the class.

Menopause Yoga
Menopause Yoga is specifically designed to give women some tools to help them manage the main menopause symptoms. It is a positive approach which includes an opportunity for self study, gentle restorative yoga sequences, breathwork, journaling and sharing wisdom as you move into your second spring.

Wellbeing days
My yoga and wellbeing days are friendly days which give you the opportunity to spend the whole day focussing in yourself. They usually include two yoga sessions, a guest slot e.g. sound bath or Qigong session a mindful practice, a shared lunch with friendly chat and chill time and end with a lovely goodie bag.
This is all about you having some well deserved me time.
No previous experience is necessary.
